We build the AI visibility infrastructure that makes you the answer. Three calls of your time; we write and build everything else, publish-ready in your own portal. The calls that follow are different. They already know who you are before you pick up.
30-minute call, no pitch deck. You'll leave with a clear picture of what's broken and what it takes to fix it.
They open ChatGPT or Perplexity and type in the kind of question their ideal client would ask. The kind of question they could answer better than almost anyone. And the AI recommends someone else. Not someone with more experience. Not someone with better results. Someone who packaged their thinking in a format AI tools can read.
They sat with that result for a while. They didn't tell anyone.
The infrastructure changed. Their approach didn't. That is the whole problem. Not a content failure. Not an effort failure. Not a credibility failure. Not their fault.
AI tools don't reward effort or posting frequency. They reward structured, citable content with specific architecture and specific signals. Most consultants have none of that in place. It's not a content problem. It's a sequence problem. And sequence problems have a fix.
RekomAi solves both problems, under one roof, in the right order.
Built for you, decided by you. You are in three calls, about three hours in total; we write and build everything in between and deliver it in your own portal. By handover, your Answer Hub is live and verified, the first content is out in your voice, and you hold full ownership: the repo, the pages, the scoreboard.
90 minutes on your buyer's psychology and how you talk about the work. The one thing we cannot build without you. It feeds every downstream deliverable: the queries, the content map, the voice profile.
We build it and put it in your portal first: 50-query map, citation gap, competitive analysis, 90-day content map, 25 briefs. The call is 45 minutes to cut, correct and approve.
We write and configure the Answer Hub and Brand-Facts pages, publish-ready for your setup, seed the citation log and put the scoreboard up. On the call you get the walkthrough and the keys: the repo, every file, the pages. You own it completely.
Fixed price. Defined scope. About three hours of your time. Delivered in your own portal, complete in 4 to 6 weeks.
Four phases, three calls. Each phase has a specific output. By the end, you have a system that runs. Not a strategy document that sits in a folder.
Run your brand through 50 AI queries. Map exactly where you appear, where you're missing, and who's showing up instead of you.
Before Call 1Build your buyer avatar dossier and AEO strategy. The exact questions your buyers ask AI, in their language, ranked by conversion intent.
Call 1, then built for youWrite your Answer Hub page and Brand-Facts schema, configured and ready to publish. Structured content that tells AI tools exactly who you are and why you're credible.
Written and built for youPut the Receipts System live and take the handover: citation log, branded scoreboard, first content published, the full repo. It's yours.
Handover callYou have years of real expertise and a track record clients value. You've been publishing on LinkedIn, newsletters, maybe a podcast. You've done everything you were told to do. But somewhere in the last year or two, something shifted. The calls are fewer, or slower, or going to someone you know isn't better than you.
You have a suspicion you can't fully name: the game changed and you missed the moment it happened. Not because you weren't paying attention. Because nobody told you what to watch for.
You're not looking for more content advice. You've had enough of that. You want someone to tell you exactly what changed, exactly why you're invisible to it, and exactly what to build to fix it.
The relief clients feel when they find RekomAi is not "finally, someone who can help me." It's "finally, someone who can explain why it's not my fault, and then actually fix it."
You're just starting out and don't yet have a clear offer and target client. The foundation works when there's something real to build on. Come back when you have 12 months of client work behind you.
Not courses. Not frameworks sold to people who never implement them. Infrastructure. The kind that keeps working after the engagement ends.
Tamara Cameron, founder of iCareerSolutions, came to RekomAi producing consistent content across multiple channels with no clear line between publishing and inbound enquiries. By the end of the engagement she had a live Answer Hub, a brand-facts schema, and a 90-day content plan with execution-ready briefs producing content in her voice.
Full case study including before/after AI citation results available once the engagement completes. May 2026.
I grew up in post-communist Romania. Founded a web design shop at 24 and landed the account of Romania's official Audi/VW tuning dealer through connections and skill. Moved to Australia in 2010 with two backpacks and no safety net. Spent 11 years doing pharmaceutical marketing, one of the most regulated, high-stakes environments in the industry.
I left Australia in 2022 after 12 years, because freedom stopped being a value and became a choice I had to actively make. That decision is the reason RekomAi exists. Every business I've built since is downstream of it.
In January 2026 I launched RekomAi to solve the next version of the same problem I've been solving for 21 years: most businesses don't have a marketing problem. They have a sequence problem. In 2026, that sequence starts with AI visibility infrastructure.
I'm currently based in Romania. I homeschool my son Dominic. I run DOR Studio, a laser crafting and gifting business with my wife Oana. And I write about AI infrastructure, business decisions, and deliberate family formation at The DAC Life.
The same infrastructure, adapted for e-commerce: category Answer Hubs, product and review schema, and the trust layer that makes AI recommend your store by name.
Book a 30-minute discovery call. You'll leave with a clear picture of what's broken in your current AI visibility, and whether the Foundation Build is the right next step.
No pitch deck. No hard close. A 30-minute conversation to see if the infrastructure problem is what's actually costing you clients.
